Our team consists of Singaporeans and also from Malaysia, Phillipines, India and Myanmar

All of our Cleaners have went through a formal interview with our Executive Managers where their Conduct and Values are being evaluated before being part of the team.

They also had to go through certifications from Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) thus they are aware about how to do the job safely as well as handling the equipments with care.

Deep Cleaning is more thorough, requiring specific professional equipments and covers more area, on the other hand Spring Cleaning is very basic, covers only the general areas and doesn’t require professional tools and equipment.

We will send a minimum of 2 workers to work on the smallest house unit. If the size is larger, we will send in more cleaners in order to complete the cleaning more efficiently.


We have an overall Operations Manager as well as a team of Executive Managers to supervise and inspect the quality of work that our team is providing.

We also have included a 24-hour Free Touch up Warranty so that you will ensure that every penny has been well spent because Team Arising will ensure that our client’s satisfaction is fulfilled.

All the costs will be finalized even before we start the job. Thus you will see the final numbers given to you without any additional fees.

Punctuality and Cancellation Policy

Prior to actual booking time, we will notify our customers on estimated time arrival.
Our Operations Executive will be dedicated to you.

You will need to inform our customer service support hotline given by our sales team to assist you on your booking matters.

Client agrees to pay the full price of the cleaning service if cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking.

Should the client wish to reschedule, a reschedule fee will apply if it is made 3 days prior to the scheduled booking.

Client may cancel the cleaning service by giving 4 weeks (28 days) advanced notice.
